To take a look at the light-colored dresses, I really liked Rachel Smith in her icy pink gown, Margot Robbie in a white Gucci gown with crystals and emerald details plus her green sandals, Naomi Watts in silver and cut-out Tom Ford dress, mother-to-be Kerry Washington in a white simple but pretty Balenciaga gown and Drew Barrymore who made a peek-a-boo with her baby bump in this colorful floral Monique Lhuillier dress – your eyes were focused only on the flowers 🙂

There weren’t so many black gowns on the red carpet, so I mainly liked all of them. I am starting with Cate Blanchett top to toe lace Armani gown, which was so elegant and stylish. Ok, the color was too dark for her Light Summer delicate look, but only she can wear this kind of exciting designs.
I adored Lily Rabe’s attractive pattern dress, Emma Roberts classy, and elegant black mermaid Lanvin gown with that lovely neckline and Sofia Vergara in her princess shape Zac Posen dress with this awesome sky blue statement necklace.
I also liked the cut and the shape of Amber Heard’s Versace navy gown.

I loved that color green was a hit on the red carpet this year as well.
I think expecting Olivia Wild looked stunning in this dark green and sparkling Gucci gown, and I liked this vintage, the 1940s inspired and fresh green Thakoon gown on Taylor Schilling.

And finally, Downton Abbey was nominated for Best TV Series, Drama (didn’t win 🙁 ), so my favorite period drama sisters, Lady Mary, played by Michelle Dockery and Lady Edith played by Laura Carmichael, also showed their delicate English style in Beverly Hills.
I loved Laura’s black and white Viktor&Rolf dress, but it’s not exactly her color combination, Michelle Dockery wore a silver Oscar de la Renta gown.
