The recommended neutral and basic colors for Cool women
The best neutral colors for Cool Summers are; soft white or ivory, medium, and charcoal grays, and navy.
The best neutral shades for Cool Winters are; white, black, cool grays and navy as well.
Note: neutral colors typically include black, white, gray, navy and brown shades. The combination of these colors creates a sophisticated and polished look. However, neutrals look great with other colors as well.
Basic colors are mostly the shades of the main colors on the color wheel like yellow, orange, blue, green or red. If you want a colorful but minimalist wardrobe – choose a couple of basic shades so you can have always matching outfits.

Hello, I know so I don't recommend orange to Winters 🙂 There isn't any cardigan in this shade here.
