Best dressed at the Oscars 2015

Best dressed at the Academy Awards 2015, list by 30somethingurbangirl.com

Aaaaand, we finally arrived for the royal event of the Awards season. Yes, the 87th Academy Awards Gala was held on yesterday evening with awesome dresses and responsible, awaking speeches.

In sum, I can tell you that the winner colors of the red carpet were champagne and nude. Many celebrities wore these neutral tones with beautiful designs, although these aren’t in their seasonal color palette, or they could wear more radiant shades. However, it makes an excellent opportunity to color their dresses again! My similar post was viral too.

I was delighted to see green gowns – one of my fave colors, and a couple of glamorous red and pink frocks. However, pastel colors won last night ⎯ even the colorful dresses were icy or light shades.

So here are my 20 + 2 photos about my best-dressed ladies. And while you browse the images, listen to Lady Gaga’s fantastic performance! Her voice and look was a dream 🙂

The number five group:

My top five includes Rosamund Spike in a pretty lace red Givenchy dress. She finally wowed us with a simply elegant and romantic design, perfect look for a Warm or Clear Spring seasonal color woman.

Jenna Dewan-Tatum was in an incredibly chic and pretty white and sparkling Zuhair Murad gown. Zuhair Murad’s name is a guaranty for a breathtaking gown like this one – could be an excellent wedding dress as well. It’s daring, but elegant at the same time, great design for Winter seasonal color women. I especially love the harmony between the glittering silver embellishment and the jewelry.

Gwyneth Paltrow chose a pale pink – great Light Summer color – Ralph & Russo Couture dress with pretty floral detail. So similar shade to her iconic Oscar ensemble from 1999 when she won her first little golden statue.
I really like the design of the dress, classic and romantic, a typical Light Summer outfit.

Lupita Nyong’o wore a fabulous pearl! Calvin Klein Collection gown. She surely can wear these kinds of exciting designs. Simply love it, and I don’t need to mention how the pure white color emphases her beautiful skin tone – a fabulous Deep Winter woman with great taste.

And finally, Jessica Chastain is also in my group of the top fives with her glamorous midnight blue Givenchy gown. The color is excellent such as the cut that shows her perfect hourglass figure. I like that she added only a thin necklace and effortlessly wore her hair to direct all the attention to her fascinating dress.
